- Correct NPC Certificate
- Adults (18+) born in Nigeria: NPC Attestation Certificate and Age Declaration Affidavit
- Children (Under 18) born in Nigeria: NPC Birth Certificate
- Children born outside Nigeria: NPC Birth Notification
- Important: No NPC Certificate = No NIN Processing.
